Mobile Lok Adalat

The State Authority, the District Authorities as well as the Sub-Divisional Committees may also organize Lok Adalat by notification at any place outside the Court Complex in cases when any voluntary organization, Panchayet, Municipality, Govt. Undertaking or NGO applies and makes necessary arrangement for Lok Adalat and there are sufficient number of pre-litigative cases.
